Diagnostics

Standard diagnostic is $75: scan, a look under the hood and chassis, a voltage check, and a straight first finding. Full-system work is $150 — scope, parasitic draw, module communication. The fee goes toward the repair if you approve it.

Before you call.

Do I tow the vehicle to a shop?

No. The truck comes to the driveway, the work lot, or where it stopped. There is no lobby and no drop-off.

Will I get a price over the phone?

Diagnostics and labor rates are posted. The repair number you approve is the one after the vehicle has been seen.

How soon can you get here?

Same-day is normal when the board is open. Sunday and after 7 p.m. are emergency calls, $50 on top.

What about parts?

Parts are extra and priced before they come off. They carry the maker’s warranty. Labor is the rate on the quote.

How do I pay?

Cash, major cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
